Have you received my dog's sample?

The tracking states it's been delivered, but my account and dog's profile say "Awaiting Return." 

Due to the high volume of samples being delivered to our facility, the sample(s) should be scanned into our system within the next 1-2 business days.

At that time, you'll be notified automatically and the sample will begin processing.

My tracking says the swab is being forwarded and is in California. Is everything ok?

Yes. As of November 1, 2021, we have a new mailing address for our DNA test swabs. All of those swabs are being scanned and processed at our facility in California.

If your return label has 320 Summer Street, Boston, MA as the address, it will automatically be routed to our facility in California.

Please note: In some cases, the tracking for swabs sent to 320 Summer Streett will say "Delivered, Individual Picked Up at Facility" and reference Boston, MA 02205. These swabs are also being forwarded to our facility in California.
