Have you received my dog's sample?

What if my tracking says "Delivered" but my dog's profile says "Awaiting Return?"

Once a swab reaches our facility it may take up to 2 business days to be scanned. This means that your tracking may show "Delivered" while your dog's profile still says "Awaiting Return." 

If this happens, we ask that you check back in a couple of days to give our team time to scan the swab!

Swab Expiration

Please note that kits can not be used after 24 months from your date of purchase. These swabs will be automatically voided as they are expired.
