If you would like access to a dog profile from another account, please contact the account owner and ask them to add you as a shared owner on the dog's profile.
Alternatively, the account owner can contact us from the email address on the account and ask us to share the dog profile.
We are not able to transfer or share dog profiles from other accounts to yours without written consent from the email address on file for the account.
What if I gave someone else the kit as a gift?
If you gave someone an Embark kit as a gift, the dog's profile and results will not be shared with you unless the account holder grants permission or shares those results with you.
What if I'm the new owner of a dog that was already tested?
If you've taken ownership of a dog that already has been tested with Embark, the previous owner can share or transfer ownership of the dog's profile.
We are not able to transfer dog profiles to other accounts based off of any external documentation such as ownership documentation or veterinary records. Transfers or shares require written consent from the email address on file for the account.
Please note: If you're adding someone or being added as a Shared Owner or Transferring Ownership, the recipient must first create their own Embark account.
