How do I add a shared owner to my dog’s profile?

Sharing your dog's profile

Log in to the Embark account that currently holds the dog you would like to transfer.  

Please ensure you're on the desired dog's profile in your account. Click the icon in the top-left corner of the screen. 

From there, a menu will open on the right side of the screen allowing you to select the dog whose page you would like to see. 

After this, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select "His/Her profile and settings"

From here, scroll down and select "Manage Pet Parents" under the More Actions heading. 

In the new menu opening on the right, click "You." From here you can enter the email address of the account where you want to transfer the dog's profile. 

To keep the dog remaining in both profiles, keep the "Remain shared pet parent" option enabled. Then select "Transfer ownership."

If you would instead like the profile to be removed from the initial account, turn this option off. 

Please note that the other account must already have been created before you can share or transfer a dog profile to it.
