If compelled, Embark can provide an expert witness to speak to our sample submission process, DNA analysis, and breed determination process. Some local communities in the U.S. have put restrictions on ownership of various breeds (like Pit Bulls), and we encourage owners to be fully aware of local laws, which vary across the country. Results on your public profile can always be made private in the settings page.
