Can I send multiple returning swabs in one package?

Our system is set up to track the USPS return numbers on each bag to give you the best updates possible for each swab. 

However, if you have multiple swabs to return, you may send them in the same returning bag!

Before doing this:

Activate each kit

Please ensure that you have activated your dogs' kits on the appropriate dog profiles in your account. This is the only way for us to confirm which swab is for which dog. 

We are not able to use any notes, writing or documentation shipped in the return bag to assign the swabs to the respective dogs. 

Without this step, we are unable to process the returning swabs or send status updates.

Note the tracking number

Please note down the return tracking number from the return bag you end up using. This will ensure that you are able to keep track of the package as it returns to our lab.
