Swapped Swabs
If you accidentally activated your dogs' swabs to the wrong dog profile, or you may have swabbed one dog multiple times, please contact us.
We can work with you to make sure the swabs are reassigned the appropriate dogs as needed.
Notes and Labels
Please note that our lab is not able to read any notes or labels shipped in the return mailers. Our Customer Care team will need to be contacted in order to help resolve this!
