Can you use other types of samples, such as blood, dewclaws, semen, or hair, to test my dog?

At this time, Embark is only able to accept samples of saliva collected on Embark-specific cheek swabs for breed, health and age testing.

We are not able to accept any other types of samples including:

We are not able to make exceptions to this in any case.

Our Gut Health test requires a stool sample which needs to be collected in the tubs from the kit.

We are not able to accept urine or other abdominal fluids for this test.
