How do I print or download my dog's results?

Print or Download

Steps to get a printer-friendly version of the results in PDF format.

For Pet Owners:

1. Log into your Embark account. 

2. From the homepage, scroll down and click on "Print or download his/her results." You will be redirected to a new page displaying your dog’s printable results.

   

3. Click on the printer icon located in the upper right corner of your screen to print your dog's results directly from the page.

         

   

4. Alternatively, you can use the download icon to save your dog’s results to your device. Once saved, you can proceed to print your dog’s results.

For Pet Owner's OFA report (Please note this steps is for Purebred only)

1. Log into your Embark account. 
2. Please click on this link to download your dog's raw data. If you have more than one dog, please contact us so we can provide you with the appropriate link.

For Breeders:

1. Log into your Embark account. 
2. From your homepage, select the dog you wish to print/download results for.
3. Clicking that dog’s profile card will bring you to their Summary page.
4. On the Summary page, you will see multiple options that include downloadable and shareable reports.
   • You can Share a Breed Summary, Share a Health Summary with your Veterinarian, or scroll to the Print or Download Results section for more reporting options - some of these reports can also be found on the Breed & Ancestry and Health pages as well

Report options

In the Print or Download section you may see the following options:

  • Certificate is a single-page, watermarked official document of the dog’s breed or breed mix. Select this to preview, print, or download a copy to your device.
  • Full Results is a multi-page, detailed breakdown of all of your dog’s results. Select this to preview, print, or download a copy to your device.
  • Raw Data lets you download your dog’s raw, uninterpreted data.  Select this to download your data as a zip, csv, or tsv file.
  • Breeder Profiles will also include the OFA Report and a Health Summary.
  • You can also find a Vet Report on the Summary and Health tabs
    • Veterinary Report is a multi-page, detailed breakdown of your dog’s results, which can be emailed directly to your veterinarian. Find the "Share results with your veterinarian" menu for sharing options.
