What happens if I dispute my purchase with my bank?

If you dispute your purchase or funds are revoked, please note that it may affect your kit or results experience.

Unused Kits: A kit that has not yet produced results will be deactivated and results will not be processed. 

Completed Kits: Results from a completed test kit where funds have been revoked will be removed from the account.
