Quality Control in the Lab
Our lab uses several checks to prevent swab mix-ups and, most importantly, a fully automated barcoding system that tracks each sample throughout the entire lab process.
We also confirm each dog’s sex, breed ancestry, relationships with other dogs we have tested, and we perform a manual review of the traits analyzed in each dog to ensure no mixups have occurred.
