Creating a vet account for your practice is easy to do! By creating a vet account, your clinic will be able to:
- Activate and view your patient's results
- Order swabs
- Receive complete access to your dedicated Vet Resource Center
- Schedule professional consultations
Create an account:
Step 1: Complete the online form
After you complete this online form, a member of our dedicated veterinary support team will create your hospital account within one business day.
Step 2: Log in to your new account
After a member of the team creates a new account for your clinic, be on the lookout for two emails:
- Confirmation email confirming completion with instructions
- An automated email containing a temporary password for your new account
Once you've logged in, you can update your password in the settings section of your account (see How do I reset or change my password?)
Add a vet user to an existing account:
Multiple users can be added to a vet account to keep your account secure but also be accessible to the people in your practice who need access to the results. We recommend generally this includes:
- Each veterinarian on your team
- Practice manager
- A general staff/CSR or technician email
To add a user, email vetsupport@embarkvet.com with the following information:
- Name
- Their email
- Role in the practice
