Results are complete within 3-4 weeks after your patient's sample arrives to our lab. It is important to note that Embark will never share any swab updates or results with your client.
An e-mail notification will be sent to notify you that the results will be viewable on your clinic's dashboard.
To view results:
- Log into your clinic's dashboard, choose the patient results to review
- Select "View Results" in the bottom right corner of the patient box, the results will download in a PDF format
It is recommended to download the file and attach the report to the patient record in your PIMS. A medical alert is also advised to be added to the patient's medical record.
