I tried to use a discount code and it didn't work. Can you help me?

If you received a promotional discount code and it's not working for your order, please consider the following for troubleshooting.

Coupon Sites

If you acquired the promotional code through an external coupon site, please note that we may not be able to honor the code. 

These codes can often be incorrect and do not always represent Embark's current offers. 

Item or Total-Specific

Some promotional codes are only for specific kit types, or for orders over a certain total price. 

Please check the email or page where you received the offer to confirm the code's specific details.

Expiration

Many of our promotional codes have a time-based element and may not be redeemable after the sale period.
