If you've received a notification that your dog's results are ready but you don't see them in your account, please see these common reasons why this may occur.
Changing Dog Profiles
If you have multiple dogs on your account, you may need to ensure you're looking at the right profile.
To view another dog's profile, click the icon in the top-left corner of the screen.
From there, a menu will open on the right side of the screen allowing you to select the dog whose results are ready.
Checking Your Email Address
Please double check to ensure that the email address where you received the notification is the one you are using to sign in.
You may have multiple email addresses from domains like @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, or @me.com. Each of those will create a separate account in our system.

Apple ID Hidden Email Addresses
Apple offers a service to allow you sign up up for Embark using a hidden email, which creates a separate account in our system under the domain @privaterelay.appleid.com.
If you signed up with a hidden email, you will need to continue to log in using the hidden email to see your account. Logging in with your standard email will create a new account.
