Post-holiday catch-up
We resumed all standard operations on January 5th, 2026!
We are now beginning to scan in packages delivered during the holiday season and prepare them for the results process.
What this means for you
You can continue to activate kits and send samples during this time. Everything will be safely queued and processed as they come in.
Deliveries:
If your package has been marked delivered to our lab in early January by USPS but has not yet updated in our system, please allow an additional week for our lab to scan these in. We are still catching up with shipments from the end of December!
Processing:
As we get back up to speed, results may take up to two additional weeks to process. Our lab is working hard and dedicating extra resources to move things along as quickly as possible.
