We prefer to avoid legal cases that don't involve the company.

Embark stands behind the science and accuracy of our product. However, Embark does not actively support dog breed legislation or individual legal cases. 

Use of DNA results for legal purposes varies by jurisdiction—please consult your lawyer for legal advice.
