If you forgot to activate your kit, don’t worry, we’ll help get this figured out. With your help, we may be able to activate it for you when it arrives.
Please email us at email@example.com with any of the following information:
- The Activation Code - it starts with an EM
- The Swab Code - it's 14 digits and starts with 310
- Your Order Number, if you ordered through our website.
If you don't have any of this information, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know. If we're unable to activate your current kit, we can organize the shipment of a replacement swab.
