Do you provide a DNA Number?

Many breeders ask us if we can provide them with a DNA Number for the AKC. If you need a parentage result to comply with American Kennel Club requirements, you must test for parentage directly with their organization. The AKC only accepts their tests at this time.

While we don't have DNA numbers like the AKC, each tested dog has their own kit codes unique to them. You can find this information in your dog's profile. We are also able to determine parentage for dogs tested through our platform, but cannot provide an official certificate as pedigree is not established with an ancestry test but by registry bodies and documented pedigree.
