How does the Breeder Affiliate Program work?

Our Breeder Affiliate Program (available to US and Canadian breeders) allows you to provide an exclusive discount on Embark DNA Tests to your puppy buyers, while also offering you the opportunity to earn commission or credits towards free Embark for Breeders tests! By offering an exclusive discount on an Embark Dog DNA Test, you can help your puppy buyers make informed decisions and provide the best care for their new puppy.

Embark will provide you with promotional materials to share with your puppy buyers. Any kits purchased through your referral will directly benefit your breeding program. Commission payments (either dollars or Embark for Breeders tests) will be issued quarterly to your breeding program.

What is needed to sign up?

Please use this form to sign up. Information required to sign up includes: 

• Name of breeding program
• Mailing address (US or Canadian)
• Number of puppies bred per year
• Your name
• Your email address

This information is for sign-up purposes only and will not be shared. 

Please note: breeders will remain part of our program while active. If there is 12 months of inactivity (no purchases from puppy buyers), your breeding program may be excluded from the program. 

I have just signed my breeding program up via the form; what’s next?

We will review your request within 3-5 business days. At this point, if accepted, you will receive an email confirming your account acceptance and we will mail flyers to the mailing address you provided so you can start sharing this exclusive discount with your puppy buyers! You will also receive email confirmation of your mailed flyers. 

We will update you quarterly with your commission ($) earned, or status for free tests (depending on your preference selected). If you have any questions or feedback on this program, reach out to breeders@embarkvet.com at any time! 

What does the breeding program earn from this program?

As part of this program, breeding programs have the opportunity to either earn commission ($) or free Embark for Breeders tests. 

What products are included in this program?

At this time, this program includes offers specific to Embark’s Breed & Health and Purebred tests for puppy buyers. Breeders are able to earn free Embark for Breeders kits. If you have any questions about this, or any product-specific questions, please reach out to breeders@embarkvet.com. 

How do I request more marketing materials?

Please reach out to breeders@embarkvet.com to request additional flyers (in quantities of 10). Please be prepared to share your breeding program’s name and mailing address.

What are the eligibility requirements of Embark’s Breeder Affiliate Program?

Any breeding program that fits the following requirements is eligible to participate in Embark’s Breeder Affiliate Program: 

• Breeding Program Name
• Breeder Name 
• Contact Email 
• Verified Mailing Address*
  • *Must be located within the US or Canada at this time
     

Will you share my dog’s DNA data with anyone?

Embark will never share information without your consent. If you choose to allow it, we may use your dog’s anonymized genetic data to assist our scientists and partners in research to improve canine healthcare, nutrition, and genetic disease treatment.
