How do I sign up?

Please use this form to sign up. Information required to sign up includes: 

• Name of breeding program
• Mailing address (US or Canadian)
• Number of puppies bred per year
• Your name
• Your email address

I have just signed my breeding program up via the form; what’s next?

We will review your request within 3-5 business days. At this point, if accepted, you can expect to:

• Receive an email confirming your account acceptance and we will mail flyers to the mailing address you provided so you can start sharing this exclusive discount with your puppy buyers! 
• Receive email confirmation of your mailed flyers so you can track the shipment.
• Be updated quarterly with your commission ($) earned, or status for free tests (depending on your preference selected).   

How do I request more marketing materials?

Reach out to breeders@embarkvet.com to request additional flyers (in quantities of 10). Be prepared to share your breeding program’s name and mailing address.
