Do you ship outside the US?

Yes, we ship internationally. Embark offers shipping to over 180 countries outside of the United States. You will notice a couple of differences while placing your order if you need a test shipped outside of the United States: 

1. There are 3 international shipping options available:
2. First Class Mail International: $20
3. Worldwide Expedited: $20 (only available for orders over 4lbs)
4. Worldwide Express Saver: $50
5. The return envelope will not work outside of the United States, so you will need to pay for return shipping, using your own preferred courier.

Please note: Our prices are listed in USD and conversion rates may be applied by your bank. 

Orders from Canada:

We are able to ship orders to Canada. If you’re ordering from embarkvet.com, there are 3 shipping options available: 

• First Class Mail International: $20
• Worldwide Expedited: $20 (only available for orders over 4lbs)
• Worldwide Express Saver: $50

It can take up to 14 business days for us to receive a swab from Canada, though it’s usually much quicker. Your return label will cover shipping charges within the US for your dog’s sample. To ensure that the return package will arrive at customs, please add 5 Canadian stamps alongside the included US postage and drop it into a mail collections bin. 

Please note: You can also order our Breed + Health and Breed ID kits from amazon.ca, where shipping is more likely to be quicker.
