How do I track my order?

Upon ordering an Embark DNA kit, you may be wondering:

Where is my kit? Has my order shipped? How can I get a tracking status update? Will I be notified?

Don’t worry; once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information by email. 

DOMESTIC (US) ORDERS:

Kits ordered within the U.S. should arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on the shipping address location. You can track your order through the links below, just choose the courier you selected upon checkout:

• USPS
• UPS
• FedEx

If it has been longer than 10 business days and your package has not arrived please contact us, and we will be more than happy to help. When you do contact Embark please provide your:

• Full name
• Email address used to place your order
• Order Number

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

International shipments will only display tracking information while they are within the U.S. Once they are picked up by the new carrier, tracking updates may vary. Typically it takes 14-21 business days to arrive, however, it has taken longer (upwards of 25 or more business days depending on your location) due to delays related to COVID-19 and a higher volume of shipments.
