Kits ordered within the U.S. should arrive within 7-14 days, depending on the shipping address location. If you feel that you have been waiting longer, please email us at email@example.com, and provide us with your full name and order email to help us pinpoint the cause of the delay. Customers receive tracking information in the confirmation email after their order has shipped.
Can I track my samples online?
Once you have created an account and ordered your tests, you will be able to track your samples. After you have used the swabs on your dog and sent the kit back to the laboratory, you can track the kit to see when the laboratory received it. Once samples are received by the laboratory from any destination, a notification will appear in your online account. When your reports are completed and available, you can view or download them from your secure online account.

Can I track an international order?
International shipments will only display tracking information while they are within the U.S. Once they are picked up by the new carrier, we will not be able to track your shipment. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will work to get additional information for you about your shipment.
