What forms of payment do you accept?
Embark accepts all major credit cards, Paypal, Amazon and Google Pay.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee for orders within the continental U.S. At checkout, you’ll have the option to select from three of USPS’s shipping options:
- First Class Mail (7-14 business days): Free of charge
- Priority Mail (1-4 business days): $7.50
- Priority Mail Express (1-3 business days) $31

My credit card was rejected, what do I do?
If you find you are having difficulty with your card during the checkout process, this is often the result of your bank not recognizing the payment or postal code. We often see payments succeed on the second try. However, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you find you are still having trouble. We can help process your card directly with your help. If there is a recurring issue with payment, you may need to contact your bank to confirm payment authorization.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation, but the payment has been deducted from my bank account.
If you did not receive an order confirmation, this usually means that the order was not completed. Please reach out to us at email@example.com to verify whether your order was successfully placed. If we do not see any history of your order, this likely means that there is a pending transaction on your bank account that will be removed within 1-2 business days. Typically this pending transaction/hold on the account is put in place by the bank.
If this is not removed from your bank statement within 1-2 business days, please reach out to your bank to dispute the charges, as we do not have any funds to release on our end. Your bank can certainly contact us at any time to confirm that a purchase was never made.
