Installing the Embark Mobile App
Android Devices
- Open the Google Play Store on your Android device
- Search for "Embark Vet" or visit the app's store page directly
- Tap "Install" to download and install the app
- Once installed, tap "Open" to launch the app and log in with your email address or using Single Sign-On (SSO).

iOS Devices (iPhone/iPad)
- Open the App Store on your iOS device.
- Search for "Embark Vet" or visit the app's store page directly.
- Tap "Get" to download and install the app.

Uninstalling the Embark Mobile App
Android Devices
You can uninstall the Embark app using several methods:
Method 1: From your home screen or app drawer
- Find the Embark Vet app icon.
- Long-press the app icon.
- Select "Uninstall" or drag to the "Uninstall" option.
- Confirm the uninstallation.
Method 2: Through device settings
- Open your device's Settings.
- Go to "Apps" or "Application Manager".
- Find and select "Embark Vet".
- Tap "Uninstall".
- Confirm the uninstallation.

iOS Devices (iPhone/iPad)
Method 1: From your home screen
- Find the Embark Vet app icon on your home screen
- Long-press the app icon until a menu appears
- Select "Remove App"
- Choose "Delete App" to confirm
- Tap "Delete" to confirm the removal
Method 2: Through device settings
- Open your device's Settings
- Go to "General" → "iPhone Storage" (or "iPad Storage")
- Find and select "Embark Vet"
- Tap "Delete App"
- Confirm by tapping "Delete App" again

Important Note: Deleting the app from your device will not delete your Embark account or your dog's results. Your data will remain safely stored and accessible when you reinstall the app or log in through our website.
