Can the results be used for AKC Registration?

Our test results are not currently able to be used to obtain kennel club registration through the AKC. This is because ancestry testing (asking "what breeds are in this dog's recent ancestry?") is distinct from how kennel clubs have historically documented lineage (which is with pedigrees going back many generations and, more recently, parentage testing).
