Will you update my results with newly added health conditions?

When a dog receives results on their Health page, they are screened for every genetic health condition included in our testing panel at that time.

We are unfortunately not able to retroactively update previously completed test results with results for health conditions added after those tests were completed.

If you have already tested your dog with us and would like to purchase an additional kit to have that dog tested against our most up-to-date health and trait panels, please contact us and we’d be happy to help you order a discounted kit.
