The tracking states it's been delivered, but my account and dog's profile say "Awaiting Return."
Due to the high volume of swabs being delivered to our facility, the swab(s) should be scanned into our system within the next 1-2 business days.
At that time, you'll be notified automatically and the swab will begin processing.
My tracking says the swab is being forwarded and is in California. Is everything ok?
Yes. As of November 1, 2021, we have a new mailing address for our swabs. All of the swabs are being scanned and processed at our facility in California.
If your return label had one of the addresses below, it will automatically be routed to our facility in California.:
- 320 Summer Street, Boston, MA
- 186 Lincoln Street, Boston, MA
Please note: In some cases, the tracking for swabs sent to the above addresses will say "Delivered, Individual Picked Up at Facility" and reference Boston, MA 02205. These swabs are also being forwarded to our facility in California.
