How to create an account

1. Go to https://my.embarkvet.com/login and click on Create an Account at the bottom.
2. Select the type of account you'd like to create: Dog Owner, Breeder, or Veterinarian
3. Click Continue.
4. Enter in your Full Name and Email Address OR use Google or Facebook Single Sign-On to create an account.
5. Complete the prompts to create and confirm your password and country of origin, if not using SSO.
6. Accept our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy by checking off the box.
7. Click Sign Up.

How to Log in

1. Login to your personal account at my.embarkvet.com/login.
2. Use the same email address that receives communication about your results. Or sign in with Google or Facebook Single Sign-On if that’s how you created your account.
3. Select the SIGN IN button. 
4. If you forget your password, use the “Forgot password?” link, under the SIGN IN button.
5. Once logged in, you will be taken to your dog's home page

You can also navigate to the login page from embarkvet.com:

• If you are on embarkvet.com, select SIGN IN on the top right of the home page to reach your Embark login page.
• From a mobile device on embarkvet.com, select the hamburger icon on the top right (the three parallel lines) to reveal the SIGN IN link.  

Are you still having trouble, or not seeing something that you'd expect to see? 

Most often when this happens, it's because you may be trying to log in with multiple accounts under different email addresses, or using an email address that you didn't use when activating your dog. We recommend double-checking which email address is receiving account-related updates from Embark - this email is the one tied to your MyEmbark account (this can be different than the email used to place an order!)
