How do I add or update my phone number?

You can add and edit or update your phone number in the settings of your account.

Follow these steps to get started:

1. Log in to your Embark account.
2. Once logged in, you will be taken to your My Embark homepage.
3. To access Settings:
   • From a desktop: Select the Settings option on the right side of the header bar.
   • From a mobile device: Select the hamburger drop-down, then select the Settings option on the right side of the header bar.
4. A new page will appear with your account settings (as opposed to any of your dog’s settings). 
5. You'll see the field for Phone under My Information; enter your phone number, and be sure to hit SAVE.
