You may not be logged in to the correct account.
Don't worry - we can figure this out!
If you are not able to view results, or it appears as if your dog is “missing” after you received an email saying results are ready, it is possible you have created more than one Embark account or you may have a second account from using Google or Facebook.
How to fix this:
- In your Embark account, click on Log Out.
- Confirm that you want to log out.
- Using the email address that received the email, log back in again.
