This is a new referral program offered to vets and their clients as of January 2024.

• New and existing vet account holders please complete the 'Sign Up' form linked above and select 'I'm ready to join the Recommend & Review program' from the drop-down menu titled, "What do you need help with?".

What is Embark's Recommend & Review program?

Vet clinics can recommend genetic testing and review results with their clients. Once the client follows the easy steps to purchase a discounted Breed + Health kit via our "R&R" program, the vet clinic will benefit in a few ways.

1. 1. The clinic will receive a commission for each client who purchases a kit and receives results via this program.
   2. This clinic will automatically receive access (via their Embark account dashboard) to that patient's DNA results when they are complete but the client manages their dog's profile via their own account.
   3. There is no cost to the vet clinic and no need to purchase and store swabs in-clinic.
