We only accept returns for test kits that are in good and unused condition, and that have been purchased within 60 days (if purchased on or after October 1, 2022) or within 12 months (if purchased before October 1, 2022). Individual test kits within a bundle cannot be returned or exchanged. Return for store credit is not available.
Once the applicable return period has passed, you can still send in your sample to receive the genetic testing services provided with your test kit, but you cannot return a test kit for a refund. Please see our Return/Refund Policy in our Terms of Service for more details.
Please contact us for more information on how to process a return or request a replacement swab for a swab that has passed its use-by date.
