How do I ship the sample?

First, make sure it's activated to your MyEmbark account —an unactivated swab will not be processed.

Using the prepaid envelope included in your kit, mail your sample.

Don’t worry about transit time as your sample is stable for at least 6 months (but who wants to wait that long)? Typically, genotyping results are complete within 2-4 weeks from the time your sample arrives at the testing facility. For other Embark products, turnaround time may vary.
