You will notice a couple of differences on your order if you need a test shipped outside of the United States. First, there will be a $10 international shipping charge added to your order. Also, the return envelope will not work outside of the United States. You will have to FedEx your package back to us at the below address:

We highly recommend that you use an international courier that will provide you with a tracking number and estimated delivery date. Please email this tracking number to us at email@example.com so that we can also track your package. Note that Embark Veterinary is not able to accept Saturday deliveries.
When shipping the sample back to our lab, please fill out our customs form to avoid any unnecessary delays at the U.S. border (bit.ly/embarkcustomsform).
The value that you declare on your shipment's U.S. Customs form should not total more than US$10. This is the value of the swabs themselves, not the price of your order. This will make it easier to get your shipment through customs, and there should not be any duties or taxes applied. Any duties, fees, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, sample processing will be delayed until all outstanding balances are paid.
