Don't worry if you forgot to activate your kit. With your help, we may be able to activate it for you when it arrives. On the bottom of your kit, there was a printed return mail label. If you can remember if you marked your name and address on this label in the space provided, please reach out to our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please send them the name or address marked on this label, and we can link this information to your account and activate the kit for you.
If you happened to not mark your name or address on this label, that is fine also. In this case, please reach out to our team at email@example.com to let them know, and they can organize the shipment of a free replacement swab.
